Can you imagine the size of a computer is just like an SD card? How small it is? When I was read this article, I was very immpressed with the new technology by Intel. Intel introduce Edison, a small-sized mini computers and the size is just an SD card. Powered by a dual-core processor chips, this mini computers running Linux as its operating system. In addition, Edison is also based on Intel's dual-core 22nm chips, and it is also had a basic support of WIFI and Bluetooth functionality, and it also has the ability to connect with their own application stores .

The Intel Edison is aiming to sell this technology to the developers to build up more devices in the future. Intel has announced several other prototype of devices that they were just showing Edison, which is a computer the size of an SD card-based by Quark technology.  Intel Edison is focusing on developers and used in developing the devices that can share with various devices. An introduction of Intel Edison will probably continue to bring various innovations from the developer, and maybe we will see some devices that used the same technology starting this year.
